Propagation Problem in Air
In the thesis the problem of intensive laser beam propagation in the medium with a cubic nonlinearity is considered. The mathematical models and adequate algorithms choice is investigated, partially, the choice of optimal grids and difference schemes for the mathematical modeling of filamentation processes. The multiprocessor program was realized for modeling the propagation of real laser impulses. Features of it are discussed in the paper.
